Museum quality North Sea Woolly Mammoth Tibia!  I purchased this tibia from a popular North Sea fossil dealer about 15 years ago. It’s super solid and has been sealed, but doesn’t appear to have any restoration. From what I understand, these come up in fisherman’s nets or from dredging the North Sea. It’s an exceptional specimen from this location with very little wear and more complete than any others I’ve seen for sale over the years. It’s a bit over 26″ long and weighs 21 lbs / 7.2 oz. This specimen displays very well and I have many photos of my small children and other visitors at my house holding this massive treasure.
