SHIPPING In

pictures are needed for us to submit an insurance claim: all damage to
the item(s), the shipping box (overall and any damage to box), the
shipping label, all packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper,
cardboard, etc). Without these pictures you will not be issued a
refund.
Shipping carrier may be switched if this is believed to be in the buyer’s best interest.
